Leonard Beles has a passion for serving others. He has dedicated over 31 years in education as a teacher’s assistant, bilingual teacher, reading specialist, and for the last 14 years, as a Department Director at the Region 8 Education Service Center, assisting 46 school districts in northeast Texas. When Leonard was a teenager, his father encouraged him to purchase a small plot of land. Leonard immediately experienced the self-confidence and peace of mind that owning a home can bring to a family. Leonard loves spending time eating and watching movies with his family. When he is not doing that, he is probably outside working around their property. Leonard is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and looks forward to helping all who want to own their first home, upgrade their current residence, or want to invest in property ownership.
